Good session. Thank you for all your webcasts. I've listened to all of them and recommend them to others.

I personally think that one of the greatest books ever written on this topic is Gerry Spence's "How to Argue and Win Every Time."

I hope that in a future webcast you'll give tips about "how to resist shouting back" and "how to turn that 'in your face' finger wagging around to your advantage."
